Pictured: Tucker & Tunstall’s renovations on Halliday Court retirement estate in Garforth. The 2,250sqm roof was prone to leaks, with several skylights and soil vent pipes needing to be navigated. Throughout the project, the site remained fully operational, requiring the team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment with minimal impact on residents. Our team was also able to complete works two weeks ahead of schedule. We won the BMI IMA (Intelligent Membrane Association) Reinforced Bitumen Roofing award for these works in 2023.

Pictured: post-Phase One on Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Primary School. Tucker & Tunstalls completed the project over a phased two year programme, c. 2023-2025. Amongst other works, this included stripping large areas of the roof back to the plywood deck and installing a new bituminous BMI Icopal 'Profiles Firesmart' system. On completion, the client and building surveyor were extremely pleased, and appreciated the 25-year guarantee of insurance.
